Ceremony Décor

The ivory satin aisle runner was surrounded lots of of pillar candles in glass hurricanes lining the aisle. The again of the aisle was anchored by two floral moments “rising from the bottom” and onto the again row of chairs. 

The ceremony occurred on a low white platform showcasing a lush semi-circle of white flowers – child’s breath, roses, and delphinium. 

Letter-pressed ceremony packages had been served to company on silver trays as they discovered their seats – white, minimalist bentwood chairs.  

Reception Décor

Heat white, glowy lighting and candlelight romanticized and soften the old-New York speakeasy for Cocktail Hour. Cocktail tables had been adorned with ikebana-inspired floral. An outsized, sculptural floral association of white orchids, Amaranthus, roses and cherry blossom (a nod to my Japanese heritage) created an announcement on the escort desk of hand calligraphed playing cards.  Hors d’oeuvres and signature drinks (Negronis and espresso martinis) had been handed on vintage silver trays and accompanied by monogramed cocktail napkins.  

Dinner was held within the Fundamental Oculus area and company had been seated across the customized wooden herringbone dance ground at lengthy vanilla satin-covered tables beneath all white floral chandeliers composed of flowering branches, child’s breath, delphinium and roses.  The lengthy tables had been adorned with a tablescape of candles and minimalist, ikebana floral. Company had been wined and dined on trendy ivory stoneware china and smoke coloured crystal lower glassware.  Letterpress menus had been edge painted with a darkish moss colour and topped with hand calligraphed place playing cards.  Giant previous world, wooden mahogany bars flanked each side of the ballroom with glossy, gold backbars adorned with candles and floral accents. 

After dinner, company had been invited to a one-night-only membership/ lounge aptly named “375 Park” (the situation of our first date) in Weylin’s second dome. A white dance ground centered the area between white boucle lounge vignettes and mirror balls shining from every nook of the room. Fireplace-juggling bartenders from The Cup Bearers served a particular collection of cocktails displayed on leather-based cocktail lounge menus, together with a Disco Fever and a Sidecar.
