Light and Fluffy Omelet for Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk (or water for a lighter texture)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (or cooking oil)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional:
    • 2 tablespoons of grated cheese (cheddar, parmesan, or your favorite)
    • 2 tablespoons finely chopped vegetables (onion, bell pepper, spinach, mushrooms, etc.)
    • 1 slice of ham or cooked bacon, diced
    • Fresh herbs (parsley, chives, or dill)
