Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ยฝ teaspoon chili powder (optional, for a spicy kick)
  • ยฝ teaspoon dried oregano or thyme (optional)
  • Oil for frying (vegetable oil, canola oil, or peanut oil)

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  1. Wash and pat dry the chicken fillets.
  2. Cut them into evenly sized strips, about 1 inch wide. This ensures they cook evenly.
  3. Place the chicken strips in a bowl and season them with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and minced garlic. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15โ€“30 minutes to enhance the flavor.
