  • ๐Ÿง„ 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ๐Ÿง… 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • ๐Ÿซ’ 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ๐ŸŒฟ 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ 1 tsp paprika
  • โœจ 1 tsp turmeric (optional, for color)
  • ๐Ÿงˆ 1 tbsp butter
  • ๐Ÿง‚ Salt and pepper to taste
  • ๐ŸŒฑ Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or parsley)
  • ๐Ÿ‹ Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
