- ๐ฟ 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- โจ 1 tsp turmeric (optional, for color)
- ๐ง 1 tbsp butter
- ๐ง Salt and pepper to taste
- ๐ฑ Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or parsley)

For the Chicken Marinade: ๐ง๐
- ๐ซ 3 tbsp olive oil
- ๐ Juice of 1 lemon
- ๐ง 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ๐ถ๏ธ 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ๐ฟ 1 tsp ground cumin
- ๐ฟ 1 tsp dried oregano
- ๐ง Salt and pepper to taste
