These golden patties are crispy on the outside, soft and juicy inside, and packed with flavor in every bite. They’re easy, affordable, and guaranteed to disappear fast — so make extra!
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped or shredded
(you can also use tuna or cooked minced meat) - 1 medium carrot, finely grated
- ½ cup frozen peas (thawed)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (plus extra if needed)
- ½ cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2–3 tablespoons oil (for frying)
👩🍳 How to Make Them
1️⃣ Mix the Magic
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, carrot, peas, onion, garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs, cheese, herbs, and all the seasonings.
Mix well until everything sticks together nicely.
👉 If the mixture feels too soft, add a little more breadcrumbs.
2️⃣ Shape the Patties
With slightly wet hands, form the mixture into thick, round patties — just like the ones in the image.
Place them on a plate and chill for 10 minutes (this helps them hold their shape).
